Pine Run is one of western Henrico County’s hidden gems. It’s 279 Colonial-style homes boast large lots with established trees and shrubbery, most with four or five bedrooms. This neighborhood is so well-liked by its residents that many have moved within the neighborhood, from smaller homes to larger ones. When new listings become available, they typically don’t last long.
A big draw to living in Pine Run are the exceptional schools that serve the neighborhood. Gayton Elementary is connected to the neighborhood allowing kids to ride their bikes or walk to school.
